I will recommend anyone the great service that Teri does when thinking of buying your home, she held our hand from day one all the way to closing and made it happened as she promised in less time that was expected , she asked me "what would it take for me to please your need when buying your home" my answer was "to get us into the home of our dreams " and sure enough she did, with patience and always there to answer any questions, she was able to made it possible and we are so please with her and her team.
4 weeks later we are very happy leaving in our new home.
Teri is an outstanding realtor who listens, and communicates very well with her clients. She was extremely patient with my wife and I. Teri helped us sell our condo, right in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, back in May, and helped us find the home we really wanted and needed for our family. She always took the necessary precautions (COVID-19) when it came to showing us homes, and showing our condo to potential buyers. She went above and beyond. Teri has been our realtor since moving to CO 6 years ago. She first helped us buy our townhome, then sold it and helped us buy our dream home. Being a first-time-home-buyer, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect from a real estate agent. However, once I was referred to Teri, I couldn’t have felt more comfortable from the moment we had our buyer’s consult. Teri has many attributes — truthfully, too many to list. Nevertheless, I will mention those I feel most important for the sake of writing a review. Throughout the entire home buying process, my fiancé and I never once felt pressured in any situation; complicated documents/disclosures/contracts were explained in thorough detail so we fully understood the context; questions were always answered and responses were received almost as fast as I could send them (I apologize on how many we had!). Integrity, professionalism and honesty are all characteristics Teri possesses. These are all clearly apparent in the way she conducts herself and does business. Her experience is unmatched and yet, she’s down-to-earth, kind, generous and beyond sweet. If you want a real estate agent that is going to go the extra mile even for the slightest benefit to her client, look no further. We could not have gotten through the home buying process on our own and I can say with the utmost confidence, we were truly lucky to have Teri on our side. I wouldn't of been able to do it without Teri's expertise and guidance. When I started the homebuying process I wasn't sure exactly what kind of home I was looking for, but Teri was able access my needs and intrests and found me with the perfect home.
She dedicated herself to being responsive and making the right house happen. Plus, once I did my homework, knew my wants, and was clear about my limitations and near immediate possibilities, she seemed to thrive on getting the constructive feedback and pushback. She turned potential outcomes, into a contract, and a closing. Two years ago, I had spontaneously looked at a dingy Speer neighborhood condo I surely didn't want, and I met Teri. At the time, I was cursorily looking and had nothing more than the eventual goal of home ownership in mind. She kept in touch monthly and when I told her I got a new job with new money, her persistent drive kicked in. With her strong determination, she got me a house in a good South Suburb neighborhood, within my budget, and it was a surprising deal too. She quickly learned what style, size, and neighborhoods appealed to me and got me looking at the right houses. Then 'the right one' or 'best option' came up and it was incredibly within my budget. I had turned down looking at it prior too, because of paint color and the smallish size. Yet, it had much more going for it than not. Notably too, the house already had an accepted offer and she suggested putting in a backup. Within a week she called and said my offer was under contract. We both learned things through the process. She learned the parameters of a VA loan and I learned the specifics and steps of the transaction and finance. Plus, the original loan broker she had recommended fell through wanting points bought down, he was unsure of VA loan flexibilities, closing parameters etc. So nervously, at two weeks into the contract it was impossible to move forward with that broker. Within hours of my hedging on the whole deal and telling her to call it off she came up with another lender after I'd already been shopping on my own. I balked and insisted I'd get it done. Then days later, and as it turned out, there was no better deal than the second broker she offered.
It took a lot of time and a lot of showing but she never gave up she found us the perfect place. She was not pushing or rushing us with houses that we did not like. We will alway be thankful!
Teri had such an impact in our lives! She has been their for us from the beginning when we were ready to purchase our new home in Denver. We maintain a great friendship and when we were ready to sell she helped us do that as well. It’s always stressful buying and selling but she made it as smooth as possible for all of us. Teri is professional and knowledgeable. She works well with her clients. Teri put in long hours working on the open house resulting in multiple contracts to choose from. It was a pleasant experience working with Teri.
Teri was amazing the whole time! She worked super hard to make sure we got the house of our dreams, and we did all thanks to her! If for some reason I ever needed to buy another house or even sell one, I would go to her without question. I highly recommend if you need to buy/sell a house that she is called first and only.
