Just my luck that I’d be trying to buy amongst the craziness of the current market that this pandemic has caused but Teri was so knowledgeable and kind every step of the way. She was willing to drive up and down Northern Colorado any time there were new listing because I was open to options from Denver all the way up to Fort Collins. Within my price range I thought I was stuck looking at townhouses or condos but Teri was able to find me a house within my budget. Now I can enjoy my private backyard which was the dream! Teri helped me purchase my first home through the Good Neighbor Program. She was so patient and helpful during the whole process, as there is so much paperwork and waiting with the program. She frequently checked in to make sure that people on the other end were doing their job and that I was keeping my sanity! She was a joy to work with and I highly recommend her.
